## Hosts with character

PIP’s Horst is run by Manfred and Antonia Pip in person.

Two people who share a love of nature and hospitality. Walks, moments of tranquillity in nature and culinary delights: this is all reflected in their guest house.

After fulfilling careers as a surgeon and a fashion consultant, they have made their dream come true with PIP’s Horst, creating a place where people can come together and enjoy each other’s company, whilst still having their own space.

The guest house isn't merely run – it's a living, breathing space. Being a host is all about being attentive. Presence when needed, and discretion when peace and quiet are preferred. A coming together based on respect and trust.

## A name with meaning

PIP’s Horst embodies the philosophy in its name

The hosts’ surname, Pip, sounds like a bird chirping. Horst – meaning eagle's nest – refers to the house's elevated position offering sweeping views over the surrounding area. And dropping the ‘r’ from Horst gives you the English word host.

It was born out of a desire to create a place where people can once more find peace and quiet. Arrive, take a deep breath and savour the moment.

The guest house is quick and easy to reach, situated close to the highway and yet right in the heart of the East Belgian countryside. No sooner do you arrive and step inside than you are greeted by a spectacular view of the garden and the vastness of the surrounding countryside.

We believe in simplicity. In honest service. And in quality that doesn’t need to be loud, but is tangible.
